Installation and Service:

The installation and operation of the  laser cutting machine are carried

out in accordance with the national standards of "GB7247-87 Radiation Safety of Laser Products, Equipment Classification, Requirements and User Guide" and "GB10320-88 Electrical Safety of Laser Equipment and Facilities". 


1. Packaging and transportation

The sea freight is negotiated by both parties, our freight forwarder can be

responsible for the sea freight, and the buyer needs to pay the sea freight to

the seller. 

2..Installation, commissioning, acceptance

2.1 The company is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment - (online installation)

2.2 Before installation and commissioning, your company should prepare the equipment foundation 

and electrical pipes first according to the equipment foundation drawings provided by our company, 

so as to ensure that the equipment of the installation site meets the installation requirements of the equipment


2.3 After the equipment arrives at the designated delivery site, the buyer' personnel will bring the necessary tools 

and carry out the equipment installation and commissioning work with the buyer's assistance, 

and the buyer should provide assistance as much as possible;


2.4 All the equipment provided in the contract are all manufactured by our factory.

 After the installation of the equipment is completed, our technicians will conduct a self-inspection on the equipment first. 

After the technical indicators of the equipment meet the standards, both parties will confirm and accept the

equipment, and deliver it to the buyer after passing the acceptance. 


2.5. During the inspection and acceptance process, if the equipment is found to be in short supply, 

damaged or not in compliance with the terms of the contract, our company is responsible for making up and replacing it, 

and our company will bear the expenses arising therefrom. After-sales service commitment

1. Equip the buyer with 1:1 after-sales service engineers to serve customers

2. After-sales service response within 30 minutes

3. And provide free technical consultation and remote software upgrade services for life.

 If the equipment fails during the warranty period (except for man-made and

force majeure factors), our company is responsible for repairs,
